200-W-ACF hardfacing welding wire is a chrome-free tubular wire for self shielded metal arc hardfacing. This premium grade wire provides excellent abrasion and good impact resistance through the formation of boron carbides in a martensitic microstructure. 200-W-ACF is a great choice for those concerned about chromium alloy weld materials.
This wire is recommended for single layer application. The 200-W-ACF is used for hardfacing components undergoing wear by earth, sand, and abrasives in the agricultural, quarrying, mining, and public works fields. The 200-W-ACF will not cross crack.
